Weston called me before arriving and was on time. He was not only professional but knowledgeable. He found my problem and listened to my concerns. I will refer Weston and Welzig Heating to my family and friends. I also give the receptionist a big thanks for being so professional and patient when scheduling me.

Collin was great! He resurrected our very old air conditioner when we thought we would be staring down the hole of a large bill to replace it.
He was so knowledgeable and honest. A very respectful young man. We are so glad we called Welzig!

Our technician Weston was fantastic. He not only fixed our air conditioner but noticed that our water heater was failing and was able to help us decide how to get a new one and they are coming out tomorrow to install it

My boiler went out on a weekend and Welzig promptly got back to me and got something scheduled for first thing on Monday morning (I opted for non-emergency service because I was fine with waiting for a day). The technician who came to my home, Weston, was very polite and professional and ensured that the replacement part that they had to order would be here by the next day. All in all, I feel like they really went the extra mile to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible, which means a lot when you don’t have heat or hot water!

I am glad I chose your company to help with my air conditioner problem. I was a bit surprised when your workers discovered that the old duct-work was only four inches in diameter, actually, I was more depressed and concerned about how this would affect the entire job.
Your crew proved themselves to be the professionals and tackled the job with vigor and diligence, giving me the confidence to know that the job would be handled correctly. I had no reason to worry.
The way they work together is amazing and should be a role model for others to follow. The attention to detail and their wanting me to be informed and involved in what needs to be done is most respectful.
I know the job will not be completed until tomorrow, but I felt it necessary to pass on to you my observations and let you know that I am pleased with what I see being accomplished.
